Project Scope
We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Shopify Developer to build a high-performance,
multi-vendor marketplace using our techstack. You will work from our detailed lists to build a
seamless and scalable storefront that integrates advanced features such as:
Key Features:
● Multi-vendor architecture (vendor onboarding, product management, buyer
journeys, order fulfillment, etc)
● Hyperpersonalisation and product discovery (filters, smart suggestions)
● Virtual try-on & fit finder integrations
● Image-based search functionality
● SEO-optimized migration of our current website with URL mapping & redirect
handling
● Shoppable content and dynamic product pages
● Performance-optimised and mobile-responsive UI
Required Skills & Experience Shopify Development
● Proficiency in Liquid, Shopify Admin & Storefront APIs
● Customising and extending Shopify themes
● Experience with Shopify app integrations
Front-End
● HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
● React.js (especially for dynamic components and discovery)
● Strong grasp of responsive UI and ability to translate Figma designs into
pixel-perfect builds
API/Backend Integration
● Experience integrating third-party APIs: Shopping commerce, virtual try-ons etc
● Shopify-compatible inventory/order sync APIs
● Familiarity with GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs
SEO & Site Migration
● SEO best practices and Shopify-specific tools (Smart SEO, schema, redirects)
● Hands-on experience with preserving domain authority during migration
Prior Experience
● Experience with e-commerce or luxury marketplaces
● Prior Shopify builds with advanced UX features
● Familiarity with Shopify Markets, Hydrogen, or headless architecture
